Pact Collective is committed to reducing beauty waste by recycling and processing hard-to-recycle packaging responsibly and efficiently, ensuring a cleaner planet for future generations.
As a nonprofit membership organisation, we ensure pumps and other difficult-to-recycle beauty packaging are carefully sorted by material type and repurposed whenever possible. Our goal is to keep beauty packaging out of landfills and give materials a second life-ideally, by reintegrating them into new products and contributing to a more circular, sustainable industry. Before recycling, make sure to read our collection guidelines and follow our cleaning guidelines to ensure your empties are properly prepared.

In-Store Collection Program
Drop off your approved, clean empties at a participating Pact location near you - free of charge! Simply find a nearby drop-off point and contribute to a more sustainable future. Look for Pact Collection Bins at select beauty retailers across the U.S. and Canada.

Mail-Back Collection Program
Don’t have a drop-off location nearby? No problem!
With our Mail-Back Program, you can send your empty beauty packaging from anywhere. Collect 5-10 empties, pack them in a reusable box or envelope, and ship using our instructions.
