Our Products

  • There is a mark on the back of your Maison Mascarell glass bottle. Fill it up to there with lukewarm water, add the contents of a refill pouch, give it a good shake, and voila! Your hand soap will be ready within a few hours.

  • Absolutely! Our formulas are both vegan and cruelty-free, honoring our commitment to ethical practices.

  • Absolutely. We meticulously formulate our products to meet comprehensive industry standards. They comply with European regulations, California Proposition 65, and meet the International Fragrance Association (IFRA) standards for fragrance safety.

  • Yes, you can! Our boxes and shipping materials are fully recyclable through curbside programs. Our glass bottles are designed to be reused and are perfect for refills. As for our paper pouches, we recommend checking with your local recycling center to see if they can be recycled there; if not, our partnership with Pact ensures they won’t go to waste.

  • We collaborate with industry leaders to deliver products that are high-quality, sustainable, and produced responsibly. Our hand soap tablets are made in France, our glass bottles in Italy, and all our boxes in the USA.

Orders

  • We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), as well as ShopPay and Paypal.

  • Order processing typically takes 5-7 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) will start processing the next business day. Depending on the shipping option selected at checkout, it may take an additional 5-10 days after your order has been processed to receive your items.

  • We offer free standard shipping within the US for all orders over $45 and as a special thank-you for signing up for our newsletter.

  • We ship to all locations within the continental United States, except PO boxes.

  • Tracking information may take 1-2 business days to update in our system. If you suspect your order has been lost in transit, please contact concierge@maisonmascarell.com.

    Occasionally, an order may be marked as delivered a day before its actual arrival. If this occurs, please wait 48 hours after receiving a delivery confirmation email before reaching out to our concierge about lost packages.

    Note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by our shipping partners.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot cancel, change, or add items to your order after it has been placed.

Returns

  • We accept returns only for products that are unopened, unused, and returned within 10 days of receipt. As a small business, we are unable to cover return postage for orders under $60. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at concierge@maisonmascarell.com.
